Shipping Information
Campio Kids will do their best to ship orders same or next day, with 2 days being the maximum during busy seasons.  We promise it will be worth the wait!

Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–5 business days (depending on location and carrier).

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow your package’s journey from our workshop to your doorstep.

What do I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible (hello@campiokids.com) and we will do our best to update the address before shipping out the order. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we have to wait for the package to be returned to us before we are able to send it to the correct address.

Can I ship to two different addresses? 
Due to being a small company, we are unable to split an order into two shipments.  If you would like items to be sent to two different addresses, you will need to place two separate orders.
