Our Promise to You
Each Campio Kids item is thoughtfully crafted to help families grow in faith through hands-on prayer and play. We truly want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unused condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@campiokids.com. Please submit your order number, item to return and your reason for wanting to return the item.  Note that customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless an item was damaged or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receiving the item back.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@campiokids.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom items are not available for returns.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
